Your strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and solution focus give you the ability to handle multiple priorities, in a fluid startup environment and roll with the punches.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to interact with multiple external and internal interfaces with a professional, cheerful, and fun attitude - that is all you.
Your skills include a full proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, all with fluent English (verbal and written). You are familiar with macOS, Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Preferably you have Startup experience, a BA Degree, and experience in staffing growth in a global environment.
What You Will Do
Your role is a unique blend of both facility operations and employee experience aspects. You will lead the facility operations, interact with people, and provide support and services to employees at all levels, as their main point of contact. Supporting employees will be a daily task.
You will ensure that our workplace runs smoothly and see the world through the eyes of our employees, staying connected, and being aware of their needs and well being.
You will manage different office resources including locating the right vendors, managing the requirements, negotiating, and managing the procurement. You will oversee travel coordination such as booking flights, hotels, and local transportation.
Plan and organize our annual employee experience plan including events' planning, company traditions, and gifts. Events would include happy hours, birthdays, holidays, work anniversaries, team events, and other activities that will create a superb employee experience.
You will produce different company events like Hackathons, conferences, meet-ups, and more.
