What You’re About
You have over 5 years of experience in a Customer Success role in the security field (startups or tech company experience is a plus) and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside your detail-oriented and analytical mind, help you become an excellent troubleshooter.
You have prior experience in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention as well as a proven ability to understand and drive continuous value.
You are a strong team player but still a Self-driven one; No one needs to push you to excel, it's just who you are. You are eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work; you seek out help and put it to good use.
You thrive in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with rapidly evolving technology and increasing customer base. You are experienced with docker / kubernetes, cloud-native application, and IaC technologies, as well as DevOps, CI/CD methodologies, tools, and environments.
What You Will Do
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us grow our business. In this role you will serve as a vital link to our customers, helping to retain our current business and enhance customer’s experience.
You will maximize retention rate across the business, educate customers on the value of the apiiro platform, and encourage optimal utilization by matching each customer use case.
As part of your job, you will develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention, by gathering their feedback and incidents.
By that, you will also help Product Management define our roadmap, investigate and solve issues while proactively engaging with all relevant teams.
You will develop account plans and communications, to ensure visibility and timely onboarding of customers or deployments of company projects. You will train customers with the strategic use of the apiiro platform, develop short and long-term retention strategies for each customer while communicating effectively and professionally, at multiple levels within customers’ organizations.
