You have 3 plus years of experience in a similar role within the high tech industry. You are highly passionate about employees' wellbeing. You simply love to see people happy!
Your strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and solution focus give you the ability to handle multiple priorities, in a fluid startup environment and roll with the punches.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, ability to interact with multiple external and internal interfaces with a professional, cheerful, and fun attitude - that is all you.
Your skills include a full proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, all with fluent English (verbal and written). You are familiar with Word, Excel, and collaboration tools.
Preferably you have Startup experience, a BA Degree, and experience in a constantly growing team.
What You Will Do
Act as the focal point for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands. You will organise and schedule meetings and appointments, allocate meeting rooms and make sure all is organised as planned.
As part of your job you will own vendor relationships, procurement, ensure deliveries, invoicing and payments. In the future, the role will include managing and sitting in the reception area and providing general support for visitors.
In addition you will partner closely with HR, assist with onboarding of new hires and plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
