You are an expert in sourcing and have experience in full cycle recruiting for technical positions. You can multitask between working with candidates, agencies, hiring managers and employees.
You are a quick learner and are not afraid to work hard and try new things.
You are passionate about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and you simply enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team.
In order to qualify for this role, you need to have at least two years of experience with full cycle recruiting for technical roles and is an expert in creating a positive candidate experience!
Greenhouse experience is definitely a plus.
Fluent English is a must and will be examined in the hiring process
What You Will Do
You will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing engineering teams.
You will lead end to end hiring processes for all technical roles and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders (candidates and hiring managers).
You will source effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind.
You will develop hiring channels and be responsible for our recruiting marketing efforts in social media.
You will own new initiatives within recruiting and HR that will support the business growth and will allow you to expand your set of skills.
